Lynn has extensive experience of a wide range of brain injury and head injury cases. She is currently acting for a number of children and adults who were brain-injured during medical treatment or by other sorts of accidents.
She has particular expertise in fatal accidents and maternal deaths cases with complex causation and quantum issues. She has represented many bereaved families at inquests, including those with juries.
Lynn is a member of Headway - the brain injury association Personal Injury Solicitors List.
Lynn qualified as a solicitor in 1996, following an earlier career in co-operative housing and community development.
